ALABAMA: Small Town Of Oxford Rebukes Target, Criminalizes Restroom Use By Transgender Citizens

Yesterday the city council of Oxford, Alabama, population 21,000, voted unanimously to publicly rebuke Target and criminalize the use of public restrooms by transgender citizens.
