Today, Freedom Watch and its general counsel Larry Klayman, a former federal prosecutor, announced the filing of a complaint for alleged assault and battery and other discriminatory religious-based claims against Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.
The complaint further alleges that Tlaib, a vehement anti-Semite and vowed opponent of Israel’s right to exist, assaulted and battered conservative female Jewish journalist Laura Loomer during a campaign event in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for Tlaib’s fellow anti-Semitic ally Ilhan Omar, when the two were running for US Congress in 2018.
Ms. Loomer, who herself is now running for US Congress in Florida’s 21st Congressional District did not bring this complaint for political purposes, but to hold Tlaib accountable for her unhinged hatred of Jews and Israel, which manifested itself in Tlaib’s physical attack on Loomer, which was caught on camera.

A conservative activist crashed a campaign event for two Muslim candidates on Saturday, interrupting them with shouted questions about Hamas and “terrorist groups.” Laura Loomer, formerly of the group Project Veritas, shared images and video of the incident on Twitter, calling the candidates “Jihadi” and writing that she was helping Minnesotans “break free from Sharia.”
The video shows Loomer confronting Tlaib and Omar at the event at Minneapolis’ Holy Land deli, shouting questions about female genital mutilation and why they “hate Israel.” According to the Star-Tribune, Loomer was accompanied by a number of other people who interrupted the candidates while they spoke about their races. Tlaib appears to recognize Loomer, and can be heard saying that she heard Loomer “stalks” her.
Earlier this month Loomer filed to run for the US House in a heavily-Democratic district north of Miami.
Last month Loomer sued Facebook for $3 billion. That came after she handcuffed herself to the front door of Twitter’s Manhattan office and after she disrupted a US House hearing, during which she was literally auctioned out of the room by a GOP rep.
Loomer has been banned from PayPal and virtually all social media platforms and was even kicked out of CPAC earlier this year. Her screaming meltdown on Infowars even caused Alex Jones, of all people, to tell her to calm down.
She is sometimes in the company of fellow nutbag Jacob Wohl and earlier this year the pair traveled to Minneapolis to “serve an affidavit” to Rep. Ilhan Omar about being “married to her brother.”
Loomer sometimes writes for the homocon fake news site, Gateway Pundit, which is how she gets media credentials for her stunts.
Perhaps obviously, there doesn’t appear to be any video that substantiates Loomer’s lawsuit.
