PENNSYLVANIA: Gay Couples Seek To Intervene In Montgomery County Case

Last week Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett joined the state Health Department in filing suit against Montgomery County, demanding that Clerk Bruce Hanes cease issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
