A Latin R&B singer staged her own protest against mass deportations in front of thousands of baseball fans at Dodger Stadium.  Nezza, whose real name is Vanessa Hernandez, sang the national anthem in Spanish – every single word – even though she was warned by baseball executives to stick to the original English version.

The Dodgers told the Los Angeles Times that there were no hard feelings – and there would be no consequences. The Dodgers said Nezza would be welcomed back in the future. An ungrateful spoiled brat defiled our national anthem – delivering a great big middle finger to every freedom loving American in the nation.
