QAnon CO Ex-Clerk: The Deep State Killed My Husband

From a January 2022 Daily Sentinel report:

Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters is the subject of yet another lawsuit, but this time it’s from her ex-husband, Thomas Peters. The lawsuit, filed in Mesa County District Court in December, alleges that Tina Peters “through deceit and deception” initiated a quick-claim deed to transfer ownership of a home in the Spyglass Ridge neighborhood from Thomas Peters to herself.

The suit says that Tina Peters filed that deed the same day in early October that Thomas revoked her power of attorney, which he had bestowed on her for unknown reasons.

The home, located at 2663 Eagle Ridge Drive, is valued at $374,000, but the quit claim shows it was transferred for only $1. Thomas Peters purchased the home after their decree of legal separation was filed in January 2018, indicating the couple never jointly lived there, according to the lawsuit.

A Colorado political blog reported in August 2022:

Tina Peters repeatedly tells a sad story in interviews and at conferences that she would have been married to her husband for 36 years by now if only Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein and the FBI hadn’t gone into a Grand Junction nursing home and forced her husband Tom, whom she says has “advanced dementia,” to sign divorce papers dissolving their marriage. She tells this story sometimes angrily, and sometimes tearfully, dabbing at her eyes, sniffling and sounding like she’s about to cry.

She says the story is evidence of a coordinated plot being carried out against her by a cabal of high-level Democrats who are intentionally harassing her and trying to silence her because of what she’s supposedly revealed about election fraud here in Mesa County. Tina’s “cabal” consists of D.A. Rubinstein, his “criminal” investigators, the FBI, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, wealthy financier George Soros and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. Conservative talk show hosts eat this story up.

And below see Peters’ tweet from today.

She appeared here earlier this week when she lost her attempt to dismiss felony election machine tampering charges.

Peters appeared on JMG in February 2022 when she claimed that the deep state had murdered two relatives of her former employees in order to coerce their testimony against her. In fact, both of those people died in car accidents and neither crash was a hit-and-run as Peters claims.

In August 2022, one of those employees, Peters’ former Mesa County assistant, copped a plea deal in which she agreed to testify against Peters in the coming trial.

Also in August 2022, Peters crowdfunded a failed recount in her bid to become Colorado’s secretary of state. Despite raising $351,000 with the help of Steve Bannon, the recount still showed her losing the Republican primary by 88,000 votes, which Peters still claims was stolen from her.
