Perkins Names Himself In Mask Suit Against FAA/Biden

Last night, Family Research Council Action, the legislative affiliate of Family Research Council, filed a federal lawsuit against the Biden administration in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas over the federal mask mandate on all airplanes.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of FRC Action, two FRC Action members who live in Texas, and a child. Tony Perkins is participating in the case both as president of FRC Action and as the father of the child.

On behalf of our 26,000 members across the country, FRC Action believes these authoritarian mandates must be challenged.

The Biden administration, along with a number of other local governments across the country, has exploited the COVID pandemic, used it to suffocate our freedoms unnecessarily, and in some cases target churches and people of faith.

The Family Research Council is based in Washington DC and Tony Perkins lives in Louisiana. He obviously expects to find a friendly judge in Texas.

And not incidentally, the one of the “FRC Action members” who lives in Texas (and therefore gives the suit standing) is Texas state Rep. Matt Krause, who is behind the campaign to excise all LGBTQ books from school libraries.
