The trans-less version of ENDA passed its first legislative hurdle yesterday when the House Committee on Education and Labor voted 27-21 to approve the bill. Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan is threatening to run for Nancy Pelosi’s seat in Congress unless Pelosi files articles of impeachment against George Bush by July 23rd. Sheehan lives in California outside of Pelosi’s district but California has no residency requirement for congressional members.
