Delaware Liberal reports that the full state Senate will make the final vote on same-sex marriage on Tuesday. Last week one state Senator flipped into the “yes” column, but a win is still not in the bag.   Delaware readers, please reach out to your state Senator this morning even if their “yes” vote has already been predicted.
