The Christian Post reports:
A Pennsylvania lawmaker wants to designate a state holiday in commemoration of the first complete English-language Bible printed in the United States.
State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz, R-76th District, is set to introduce a resolution designating Sept. 12 as “The Day of the Bible” across the Commonwealth.
The resolution aims to commemorate the historic authorization of the first complete English-language Bible printed in America, known as the Aitken Bible or “The Bible of the Revolution,” and its enduring cultural and spiritual significance.

Borowicz appeared here in October 2023 when she declared that the bible proves that climate change is “fake.”
She first appeared here in 2019 when she led a widely-criticized floor prayer for conversions to Jesus moments after a newly-elected Muslim state rep had been sworn-in.
In 2020, she authored a failed resolution which would have declared COVID to be God’s punishment for sin.
In 2022, she appeared here when she led a rally for her version of a K-12 “Don’t Say Gay” law.
Pennsylvania state Rep. Stephanie Borowicz claims that 65 percent “of all of the founding documents” came “from Jesus’ words and the Bible.” We have no idea what she is talking about … and neither does she. pic.twitter.com/FFxalebWJB
