The New York Post reports:
Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair is seeking to legally declare Elon Musk is the father of her child — and get sole custody of her 5-month-old son, according to a pair of petitions she filed in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday. St. Clair, 26, brought the legal action against the billionaire tech tycoon a week after her bombshell public claims that she gave birth to Musk’s 13th child.
Included in the court filing is a photo of Musk holding an infant and flirtatious texts the pair allegedly exchanged. In a separate custody petition, St. Clair claims that Musk was not present for the child’s birth and has only met the baby on three occasions — twice in Manhattan, where she lives, and once in Texas. Musk has also never asked to see the baby, nor asked for photos of him, the custody filing alleges.
Buzzfeed reports:
Elon allegedly texted her, “I want to knock you up again.” Ashley claims he also said, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
So far, Elon hasn’t publicly responded to the lawsuit, but this all comes just a day after Grimes called him out for allegedly refusing to address their child’s “medical crisis.”
Grimes and Elon share kids X Æ A-Xii, 4, Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and Techno Mechanicus, 2. He also has nine other children.
From my previous report on St. Clair…
St. Clair first appeared here in December 2020 when she mocked then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo when he vowed to go after the New York Young Republicans Club for violating COVID mitigation rules. She posted, “Catch us if you can, Commie Cuomo. The show will always go on for patriots.”
We heard from St. Clair again in 2023 when she was among prominent cultists boasting about their payouts under Musk’s then-new revenue sharing program on X.
Later in 2023, she egged on Musk for his defamation lawsuit against Media Matters for reporting on Nazi content alongside X’s advertisers.
In 2024, she appeared here when she attacked Trump for his plan to offer “automatic green cards” to foreign nationals who graduate from US colleges, posting that colleges are “captured institutions where kids are taught to hate America + the West.”
