The Denver Gazette reports:
Silt Police Chief Mike Kite confirmed to The Denver Gazette that “Boebert and her ex-husband, Jayson, were involved” and said that there is surveillance video from the restaurant, as well as 911 dispatch records, though that information was not released because Saturday’s incident is an ongoing investigation.
“We are treating this case no differently than we would anyone else,” he said. The eight-person force will be conducting interviews with witnesses and asking for anyone with iPhone video of the incident to contact them, he said, adding there is an incident report.

Boebert statement: “This is a sad situation for all that keeps escalating and another reason I’m moving. I didn’t punch Jayson in the face and no one was arrested. I will be consulting with my lawyer about the false claims he made against me and evaluate all of my legal options.” https://t.co/dVXvp2pIr2
