Cultist Group Dismayed Over SCOTUS “Fringe” Ruling

“Justice Thomas clearly had the best argument of the day. He recognized the case that they were deciding was actually completely moot. They shouldn’t even had a decision and yet, they kind of went out of their way to decide the case.

“I think that was the wrong route. And it was — it’s frustrating. It’s particularly frustrating when you see the Chief Justice and Kavanagh, not just in this case but in others, doing things that look really political. That said, I think, at the end of the day, even today’s case, was a lot better than it’s being played. I think a lot of people on the left want to do a victory dance.

“They said there was this fringe independent state legislature theory. Actually, it turns out the fringe theory is the idea that states can — the state Supreme Courts can do whatever they want. And actually, the Court all agreed that there have to be some limits.

“Again, I don’t think they should have even agreed on that. They shouldn’t have heard this case in the first place ’cause North Carolina had already resolved it.” – Judicial Crisis Network head Carrie Severino, who is a former clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas.

Of note, the very anti-LGBTQ group, which is tied to shadowy kingpin Leonard Leo, was once once called the Judicial Confirmation Network, but then Obama was elected.
