Biden “Expects” To Run Again In 2024 With Harris

CNBC reports:

President Joe Biden expects to run for reelection in 2024, signaling for the first time that he will seek a second term in the White House. “My plan is to run for reelection. That’s my expectation,” Biden told reporters on Thursday during his first news conference as president. He later reaffirmed that it’s his “expectation” he will try to serve a second term as president. Biden will be 81-years-old at that time.

ABC News reports:

He added that he “would fully expect” that Vice President Kamala Harris would be his running mate again, adding that she is “a great partner” who is “doing a great job.” Biden was asked at the first news conference of his presidency whether he thought he could face a rematch against Donald Trump. Biden scoffed at the question. “Oh, I don’t even think about it,” Biden said. “I have no idea.”
