Plus, as Taylor Swift’s new album Lover launches at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, two songs from the set infuse the Hot 100’s top 10: “You Need to Calm Down,” which debuted at its No. 2 high in June, surges 14-4 and the title track soars 19-10 in its second week on the survey.
