Tony nominee Adrienne Warren is officially set to return to Broadway this fall in Tina—The Tina Turner Musical. She’ll reprise her star turn as the title rock legend, a role she originated and continues to play in London’s West End through April 13.

Official dates and venue for the New York bow—as well as further casting—will be announced at a later date. The musical, directed by Phyllida Lloyd, weaves Turner’s discography with a book by Katori Hall (along with Frank Ketelaar and Kees Prins).
