The New York Post reports:

Meet Fire Alarm Rat. Surveillance footage captured the moment a pesky rodent pulled the fire alarm at a Washington, DC, condominium building, triggering an evacuation. The video, published by NBC Washington, shows the large rat climbing up a bar and then leaping onto the fire alarm on the wall and using its weight to pull the lever down before falling to the ground.
