The Hill reports:
Sen. Luther Strange (R-Ala.) released two new ads on Thursday promoting President Trump’s endorsement, adding to a contentious Alabama special election primary scheduled for next week. The two ads both tout Trump’s endorsement of the senator, while a radio ad hits Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) for his prior criticism of Trump during the 2016 presidential election. “Listen to Mo Brooks the other day bragging about attacking President Trump,” the radio ad says, featuring a sound bite of Brooks, who is running against Strange. “Brooks keeps attacking our president,” the ad continues.
After you watch Strange’s ad, you simply MUST watch a dissection of his lies from Alabama’s largest media outlet, which points out that Strange repeatedly cites a non-existent newspaper.
