White House Refuses To Say If Trump Thinks Climate Change Is Real Or If He’s Sticking To “Chinese Hoax”

Politico reports:

The White House will not say whether or not President Donald Trump believes the overwhelming scientific consensus that human activity contributes to climate change.

Senior administration officials would not say Thursday if Trump accepts scientific data that links human-driven carbon dioxide emissions to rising global temperatures, after he announced he is withdrawing the US from the Paris accord, a global agreement to fight climate change.

“The fact that the president in his speech today said that he wants to come back and renegotiate a better deal for the United States and for the world, I think, pretty much speaks for itself,” the official said in a briefing with reporters after Trump’s Rose Garden speech. The official repeated, “I think that speaks for itself,” after reporters asked again.

The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.
