Morning View – Tank Island

Tank Island is part of the city of Key West and was built out of dredge-fill during the Cold War to service submarines patrolling off of Cuba. Today it’s a private residential island (owned by Westin) with about 50 luxury homes. Developers have rechristened it as “Sunset Key.”
