Eurovision: Slovenia’s Hannah Mancini

Slovenia’s Eurovision entry for this year is a pretty standard club anthem, but at least she’s singing live here. I think.  Hannah Mancini is American, but lives in Slovenia.  The rules regarding such things are pretty loose. For example, Celine Dion competed for Switzerland in 1988.
