The New Jersey Monitor reports: Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba said Monday she is charging Rep. LaMonica McIver with “assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement” during the arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka outside a migrant jail in Newark 10 days ago.
