Shirley Phelps-Rogers, daughter of Fred Phelps, is in court this week charged with negligent child abuse, endangering a child, flag mutilation, and disturbing the peace. Phelps-Rogers brings her 10 year-old son to the Phelps clan’s funeral protests, which constitutes child endangerment, according the charges.
