DOMA plaintiff Edith Windsor arrived at the Supreme Court this morning flanked by supporters and her legal team.  Reporter Rex Wockner is there and sends us the below photo. There are a lot of people from both sides outside the Court, but the scene is much more subdued than yesterday’s madness.

Interesting news about next week: The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday announced it will make audio recordings of next week’s same-sex marriage arguments available for same-day access from its website. The court said it will post the audio recordings and the unofficial transcripts as soon as the digital files are available for uploading. (Tipped by JMG reader Blair)
