Remember when Classmates.com agreed to pay $9.5M to settle a class action suit claiming deceptive marketing practices? Yesterday current and former members of the site got their settlement notice: $3 cash money. Or $2 in site credit! Funny, yeah, but I’m more concerned that I was notified about my fat settlement at all, because I totally don’t remember ever joining.
