Umbrellas are strictly forbidden inside the arena and convention center. Huge piles of abandoned bumbershoots lie at all entrances. Pick out something nice and I’ll bring it home for you.

Attendees at the DNC Women’s Caucus this morning had to go through metal detectors at the convention center, something none of the other caucuses (labor, veterans, LBGT, etc) have had to do. In the green shirt is Dolphin Democrats president Tim Ross. To his left is Michael Rajner, legislative director of the Florida LGBT Democratic Caucus. I didn’t get the names of the fellows on the left. Florida had great seats!

Well, that was a fun day of religious freedom.

I just wanted my picture taken while Nancy Pelosi was at the podium. Then DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz came out of nowhere for the photobomb. It would be even funnier if the picture was in focus.
