How is this new effort different from the one that just failed? UPDATE: I’m told the last petition campaign was for an outright repeal of the bill in its entirety. This new attempt would strip the words “gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender” and “sexual orientation” from the bill’s wording, which would have the same net effect.
