Nevada Marriage Bill Advances

This afternoon a Nevada Senate committee advanced a bill that starts the state down a very long road to marriage equality. On a party-line, 3-2 vote, the Senate Committee on Legislative Operations and Elections amended and passed Senate Joint Resolution 13.
