UPDATE: State Asks Ninth Circuit For Emergency Stay Pending Appeal

Yesterday Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell asked a federal district court to stop same-sex marriages while he appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court. Tonight the lower court told Parnell to suck it.
