MISSISSIPPI: State Files Notice Of Appeal

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant and state Attorney General Jim Hood today filed notice that they will appeal yesterday’s marriage ban ruling to the Fifth Circuit Court, whose jurisdiction includes that state, Louisiana, and Texas.
