The Ninth Circuit Court will today hear final arguments on why the Prop 8 trial tapes should be made public. More importantly, they will hear arguments regarding the motion to vacate Judge Vaughn Walker’s ruling because he is gay. Yesterday I missed this bit from Bachmann’s appearance on Glenn Beck’s show. Beck asks her: “Are you a homophobe?” Bachmann: “Of course not!” But she does believe gay people are “from Satan.”
