Several couples have already said they will appear at the Rowan County courthouse tomorrow now that the deputy clerks of Kim Davis have said they will comply with the law. But in a new wrinkle, the judge now says that any licenses issued with Davis’ signature might not be valid. I’ll update this post as more is known.
