Trump Appears To Violate Gag Order With Video Post

On Thursday night, Trump posted a link to a Rumble clip of Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast in which Trump supporting host Doug Burquam and Andrew Giulianni, the son of Trump co-defendant Rudy Giulianni, commented on Trump’s trial and interviewed supporters outside the courthouse.

That clip complained about Trump’s gag order and about Judge Merchan’s daughter, a topic covered by Trump’s expanded gag order.

This Steve Bannon video Trump linked to was over 16 minutes long, but the relevant gag order violation began within the first 2 minutes. In the video, Giuliani explained what Trump wasn’t allowed to do and mentioned the very topic Trump wants to discuss, but is barred from discussing. Trump posted it anyway.
