Axios reports:
President Trump said Tuesday that American troops won’t be sent to Ukrainian border as part of a peace agreement with Russia. Following his meeting with European leaders and Zelensky, Trump said a security guarantee will be provided to Ukraine by the various European countries as well as the U.S., although details remain unclear.
