Mediaite reports:
Democratic congressional candidate Esther Kim Varet’s AI-generated actors accused Rep. Young Kim (R-CA) of parroting policy “prompts” dictated by President Donald Trump and corporate interests in a mocking, tech-savvy ad.
The ad features AI avatars that appear to be powered by Google DeepMind’s latest video model, Veo 3, that troll Kim for being “as fake” as they are and following “prompts” from Trump on how to vote on bills.
Clips made by Veo 3 engine, launched by Google this week, have flooded the internet with hyper-realistic and cinematic videos that include dialogue, soundtrack, effects, and mimic the physics and logic of real-world filmmaking.

We need real people representing us in Congress – not fake moderates like @RepYoungKim who vote however Trump and corporate lobbyists prompt them to. This is my first campaign TV ad, let me know what you think in replies! And appreciate any donations (link in bio) to help us pay… pic.twitter.com/FyHhffcF45
