Jacksonville, Texas’s NBC affiliate reports:
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office announced on Sunday that Timothy Nall has been arrested. On Friday, the sheriff’s office said Nall was wanted for sexual assault of a child. This is reportedly the sheriff’s office second warrant for Nall for a similar offense but with a different child victim.
In 2023, KETK reported that Nall was arrested for charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact. Earlier this month, KETK’s Ashlyn Anderson spoke with that victim’s family about the seeming lack of progress in the case against Nall following his last arrest.
From my report on his 2023 arrest:
This is not the first time Nall has faced charges regarding sexual crimes against children. In June 2013, Nall, who was then the pastor of Farmington Baptist Church in Corinth, Mississippi, was charged with sexual battery against a teen girl. In September 2014 he was indicted for sexual battery and fondling based on allegations he used his finger to penetrate a 6-year-old child.
