A federal district court judge on Tuesday granted a motion to enforce his temporary restraining order against the Trump administration over its foreign aid freeze. It comes days after U.S. District Court Judge Amir Ali said the administration had “not complied” fully with his order pausing the freeze on foreign aid.
Ali ordered the Trump administration to pay all invoices and drawdown requests for work done prior to Feb. 13 by 11:59pm Wednesday, multiple outlets reported. His decision bars the administration from impeding foreign assistance funds for work that was already completed.
