Politico reports:
GOP leaders successfully flipped Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.), who had been a holdout on their budget plan. Republicans pulled their first vote after three Republicans, including Spartz, indicated they would vote against the budget resolution. They called for a second vote after flipping Spartz.
Earlier in the day Trump had placed a call to one of the GOP holdouts, Rep. Tim Burchett. Burchett said afterward it was a “nice conversation” but at the time he remained undecided.

I’m headed to the House floor to vote NO on the majority’s budget resolution which would add $4 trillion to our debt while slashing Medicaid, food assistance, and student loan relief. We need a budget that invests in families & strengthens our future, this partisan bill does not… pic.twitter.com/AnObMfYYWq

🚨NEW: GOP @RepThomasMassie on Trump/House GOP Budget:
“I’m a ‘no.’ If the Republican plan passes…we’re going to add $328 billion to the deficit this year. We’re going to add $295 billion to the deficit the year after that…why would I vote for that?!”pic.twitter.com/le6xs8zR9t
