From the transcript of today’s exchange:
HARRY DUNN: You’re damn right I’m upset.
BRANDON FELLOWS: Yeah, well you should be. You should probably control your emotions.
DUNN: You know what? You know what? I’m glad you’re recording.
FELLOWS: Let’s take a breath.
DUNN: No. You are a lot more tough now that you don’t got 10,000 of your thugs out here with you. You’re a lot more tougher now. Pull this same shit that you did on January 6th! Pull that shit now! Pull it now!
FELLOWS: Walk in with permission? I would love to! Do I have permission to go in again?
DUNN: What’d you do to get in?
FELLOWS: Asked an officer if I would get arrested, and they said, “No.” I had a blast, took some epic selfies. Alright, well, hey, I tell you what, you want to reach out to me on X, I’ll share the video with you. Very kind Capitol officer gave me further directions to the statues. Enjoy lying about yourself! Probably lose some weight, too.
In February 2024, Fellows was sentenced to 42 months in prison on felony and misdemeanor charges, including smoking weed inside a Capitol office. The judge also tacked on an additional five months for contempt for Fellows having mocked a different judge during a 2023 hearing.
Prior to his sentencing, Fellows appeared here several times for wearing costumes during mocking media interviews and for ridiculing Anthony Fauci from the gallery during a Senate hearing. As you’ll see in the clip, Dunn showed remarkable restraint in not slugging that little fucker.
