DOJ Moves To Drop Charges Against Former GOP Rep

Trump quickly hailed the move as a sign of how his appointees are reversing what he has described as the politicization of the Justice Department under the Biden administration. “It is great to see that the Department of Justice has dropped the Witch Hunt against former Congressman Jeff Fortenberry,” Trump said in a social media post. “I am very proud of our Department of Justice, something I have not been able to say for many years!” Trump added.
