“The new bill is dead. Only two Democrats voted for it and 38 Republicans voted against it. The Republicans didn’t like that it raised the debt ceiling without enough spending to make up for it. Hey guys, the debt ceiling is going to get raised, everybody knows it. And if you want spending cuts, which we all do, you’ve had a month to hash it out. You’re supposed to go into a room together, outline the cuts, outline the spending, and stick together. That’s what political parties are supposed to do. But you’re leaving this all to the last second like a bunch of kids.

Democrats just voted against disaster relief, aid for farmers, pay for the military, and to keep the government open because the bill didn’t have their pork and a pay raise. Objectively, the vast majority of Republican House members voted for the spending bill, but only 2 Democrats did.
Therefore, if the government shuts down, it is obviously the fault of @RepJeffries and the Democratic Party.

They cut “Take it Down Act” -which criminalizes taking regular picture & using AI to put person’s head on a naked body, possibly engaging in sex.

Now, Republicans made a new version on their own, and Republicans have the House majority.

Just so we’re clear what just happened:
Republicans tore apart their funding agreement with Democrats after Elon Musk told them to.
They created a new bill that defunded child cancer research.
And then they failed to pass that bill too.
