Hitler Fan Nick Fuentes Arrested For Assaulting Woman

The Chicago Tribune reports:

Authorities have charged far-right streamer Nick Fuentes with battery after Fuentes allegedly assaulted a west suburban woman last month.

Court records show that Fuentes, 26, was accused of having “knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature” with Marla Rose, 57, also of Berwyn.

Fuentes was fingerprinted Nov. 27 at the Berwyn Police Department, records show, and was released that day. He is set to make his first court appearance at the Maywood courthouse on Dec. 19.

The Smoking Gun reports:

The battery charge against Fuentes stems from a November 10 incident outside his Home Avenue residence.

Marla Rose, a 57-year-old Berwyn resident, told cops that after seeing an online Fuentes post “in regards to women’s rights” that declared, “Your body my choice,” she decided to “record a video” of Fuentes’s Berwyn property. While recording, Rose said, a female passerby “encouraged her to speak with Nicholas, so she…rang his front doorbell.”

Fuentes opened the door and allegedly “immediately sprayed her in the face with pepper spray and pushed her with both hands on her upper body, causing her to fall backwards down the stairs and onto the concrete below.” Fuentes then grabbed Rose’s phone “and momentarily went inside his house before coming back out.”

The New York Daily News reports:

Fuentes’ home address had been posted online after he made chauvinistic comments on social media the day Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election. “Your body, my choice. Forever,” the 26-year-old provocateur tauntingly told abortion rights activists. That sentiment was not appreciated by many women, including local woman Marla Rose, who went to Fuentes’ home in Berwyn, Ill. and asked why he made the remark.

Her husband told the News at the time that he and his wife had filed a police report and planned to hire a lawyer. The couple confirmed Friday that a civil suit is in the works and that they’ll be in attendance for Fuentes’ court appearance later this month. Well-known within MAGA circles for his toxic rhetoric, Fuentes became a national figure in November 2022 when he and rapper Ye dined with Donald Trump at the President-elect’s Florida home.

Fuentes’ army of groypers is vowing revenge.
