The Pensacola News Journal reports:
U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz has won another term in Congress. Gaetz easily defeated Democratic challenger Gay Valimont on Tuesday. The Associated Press called the race for Gaetz at 7:14 p.m Central. As of 7:21 p.m., Gaetz had 195,418 votes, 65.64%, while Valimont had 102,283 votes, 34.36%, with only the early vote and mail-in votes counted.
Valimont is a former Florida leader in the Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and campaigned against Gaetz, arguing he does not care about Northwest Florida residents. Valimont also hit Gaetz for being under an active ethics investigation by the House Ethics Committee.
The Wall Street Journal reports:
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R., Ga.) easily won re-election in her deep red Georgia district, defeating Democratic challenger Shawn Harris, the Associated Press projected. Greene had 67% of the vote, compared to 33% for Harris, with 45% of votes counted, according to the AP.
The controversial lawmaker, who has circulated conspiracy theories and agitated colleagues by trying to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson (R., La.) from his post, has faced opponents who easily raise money for taking on the task of trying to unseat her, even when they face difficult odds.
QAnon nutbags are celebrating.

Most voters vote down ballot.. I think it’s safe to say Trump should win Georgia handily. pic.twitter.com/ilEU3YEMgK
