In a scene captured by a Redditor at an early voting location, an elderly woman—wearing Trump-themed attire — became irate when poll workers asked her to follow the polling place’s rules prohibiting political merchandise.
Instead of simply complying, the woman reportedly unleashed a tirade of insults and obscenities at the workers. When asked again to remove her political gear, she tore off her shirt in frustration, remaining in just her bra in front of others waiting to vote.
This shocking moment quickly circulated online, sparking outrage. But it also garnered vocal support from JD Vance. Rather than denouncing the outburst, Vance took to social media, where he labeled the woman’s actions “patriotic,” encouraging a divisive response to basic rules meant to ensure neutrality at polling sites.
