Trump: Harris Has “Phone App For Cartel Leaders”

During his appearance at a manufacturing facility in Waunakee, Wisconsin — a suburb of the state’s capital, Madison — the 2024 GOP nominee claimed that there’s an app cartel leaders use to drop off immigrants in the United States.

“They have an app that’s being used by the cartel leaders — people making billions of dollars,” Trump said.

“I will shut down all entries through Kamala’s migrant phone app. She’s got a phone app. It’s meant for the cartel heads. The cartel heads call the app, and they tell them where to drop the illegal migrants… It’s not even believable.”
