Cleta Mitchell Urges Cultists To Harass Election Workers

“There are things you can do in your local communities. Watching at your DMVs, watching – going to your election board, asking your local election officials what are you doing to ensure that noncitizen are not getting registered to vote and getting – we’ve got sample resolutions.

“We’ve got signs, you can download and leaflets you could hand out. But raising awareness, until we can get these laws changed, raising awareness is about all that we can do at this point, but it’s really important.

“And so anything that you can do to try to raise awareness in your communities about the threat of noncitizens voting, please do that.” – Cleta Mitchell, speaking on a far-right podcast on Rumble.

In 2011, she caused infighting within the now-defunct homocon group GOProud when she spearheaded a movement to boycott CPAC over GOProud’s attendance. GOProud founder Chris Barron called her a “bigot,” prompting now-Fox News host Tammy Bruce to resign from the group. Barron then apologized. Of note, Mitchell appears to have a particular hatred for gay men because her first husband left her for another man. In 1992, Mitchell’s second husband was convicted on five felony counts of banking fraud.
