Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre is set to campaign with former President Trump in the critical swing state of Wisconsin next week. Trump’s campaign said that the Hall of Fame former NFL player will be a “special guest” speaker when Trump visits Green Bay, Wisc., on Oct. 30, less than a week before Election Day.

Favre testified in front of the House Ways and Means Committee after facing allegations that he utilized Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) state funds for personal projects. He has denied wrongdoing and argued during the hearing that state officials were at fault for the misuse of funds.
