Milwaukee’s Fox affiliate reports:
Several vehicles in the Gov. Tim Walz motorcade crashed in Milwaukee County just before 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 2. According to one report, a staff member in a press van “appears to have a broken arm and is being treated by medics.”
Other reporters traveling with the governor reportedly suffered scrapes and bruises, and another was feared to have a concussion.
After the stoppage, reporters and staffers were then loaded into new vans, and continued en route to the Walz event, according to the pool. The cause of the crash was unclear.
