Bloomberg Law reports:
The Michigan Supreme Court said Monday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will remain on the state’s November ballot as a third-party presidential candidate.
The court, in a 5-2 order, presented what is likely the last word in what has amounted to more than a week of litigation between Kennedy, who withdrew from the race last month and threw his support behind former President Donald J. Trump, and the office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D).
The court wrote that Kennedy “has not shown an entitlement” to withdrawing his name from the ballot so close to the election.

The court ruled that Kennedy failed to identify any source of law that required his name to be removed from the ballot after he withdrew.
