Felon Releases New Ad Featuring Arlington Footage

Trump has released another campaign video using footage of Arlington National Cemetery. Trump has faced criticism for posting a photo smiling and giving a thumbs up over the graves of soldiers, releasing a TikTok video with Arlington National Cemetery footage set to a guitar track, and, according to the military, shoving a cemetery staff member attempting ensure the Trump campaign’s adherence to rules against campaigning at the cemetery. Trump’s new political video has pro-Trump gold star parents blaming Kamala Harris for the deaths of their children during the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Republicans have accused Kamala Harris of “politicizing” Trump’s Arlington stunt and falsely claim that Biden and Harris both refused an invitation to attend alongside Trump.

In the first video below, a pro-Trump Gold Star mother appears on Newsmax and accuses NPR of “leaking” the now-infamous graveside photos. In fact, the photos were widely shared by the Trump campaign and were even featured in a money beg by GOP Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.
