The Lansing State Journal reports:
A pastor director at 2|42 Community Church in Brighton has been arrested after allegedly admitting to placing a camera in a unisex bathroom on campus.
A staff member at the church discovered the camera on Friday, according to an email shared with the church community on Saturday. Will Johnson, the organization’s worship pastor director, “confessed that he placed it there” and was fired, according to the email.
He faces three felony charges, including surveilling an unclothed person, using a computer to commit a crime and tampering with evidence. Johnson’s bond was set at $250,000. His preliminary examination is set for Oct. 1.
